LCMNA is a not-for-profit provider of care, housing and services for seniors and people with diverse needs. Currently we own and operate the Heimstaed Lodge where we provide for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of our residents and tenants.
Our employees are the backbone that supports our model of quality care and are a part of something bigger than themselves; we are a team of multidisciplinary professionals who ‘strive to enrich the lives of clients in a caring compassionate Christian environment’.

Our Health Care Team consists of a Health Care Manager, Registered Nurse (R.N.), Licensed Practical Nurses (L.P.N.), and Healthcare Aides (HCA). Case Management is provided by Home Care on a permanent part-time basis.
The Heimstaed Lodge provides SL2-SL4D care to clients as required prior to Long Term Care Placement.
