Heimstaed Lodge Expansion Project
LCMNA is currently involved in a large fundraising project. The LCMNA board identified that an expansion to the current Heimstaed Lodge would be needed as the wait list continues to grow. With the Senior population projected to increase from 1050 to 1400 by 2030 and the current waitlist at over 50 seniors, the need is urgent.
LCMNA is proposing to build a two story 81-bed expansion connected to the north side of the existing Heimstaed Lodge. The suites are designed to accommodate the highest care needs. The expansion also includes an administration area, ambulance bay,
multi-purpose/chapel room and general activity space.
