Supportive Living 2 (SL2) 

1. Rent is calculated using your most current Notice of Assessment. 

2. Annual rent reviews are done in accordance with the Alberta Housing Act & La Crete Municipal Nursing Association Policies.

3. Accommodation charges come into effect July 1, of each year.  

4. The 2025 minimum rent rate is set at $1,650.00, and the maximum rent rate is set at $2,433.00.

Designated Supportive Living 4, & 4D

1. Annual rent reviews for Designated Supportive Living Client increases, are based on the percentage increase in the Alberta consumer price index and set by AHS.   

2. Accommodation charges for Designated Supportive Living Clients come into effect 

August 1, and will be set at $2,433.00 (for 2025). 

The government sets the annual maximum rate that operators are allowed to charge for accommodation in Lodges, which is regulated by legislation.

Laundry fee; $45.00/m

Parking fee; $25.00/m.

Camping stove/gas cartridges, such as butane or propane; carbon dioxide; nitrogen cylinders; fire extinguishers; fire arms/ ammunition/explosives; pocket knives; sharp pointed scissors; aerosols; bear spray/mace/pepper spray; baseball bat; or any other item that could harm one’s self, clients, visitors or staff.

Hot plates, toasters, toaster ovens, microwave ovens, hot water kettles, irons, etc. are not allowed in the client rooms.

 If you have an item you wish to bring but are unsure as to whether it is allowed please check with the Lodge Manager.

It is the client's family/designates responsibility to set up the phone services. 

We also require a family member/designate to be present during the installation.  

Approximately a 55 client waitlist. 

The menu is reviewed and managed by a registered dietitian on a 5 week rotation. The staff prepares culturally appropriate home cooked meals.  

Guest Meal Guidelines 

o Breakfast - $10.00

o Lunch - $15.00

o Supper - $15.00 

o Children 6 years and under - $7.00

- Meals with residents must be booked through Reception at the front desk. ‘Reservations’ are to be made 24 hours (one day) in advance, Monday - Friday.

- 4 guests per resident, per day, up to a maximum of 10 guests at the lodge (including children). 

Call reception at 780-841-3082, or stop in at the front desk to make arrangement (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm). 

Booked on a first come first serve basis. 

Maximum 3 hour bookings during holiday seasons. 

1. In case of emergency and safe evacuation. 

2. It provides stats for administration indicating the volume of visitors and Lodge use and attendance.
