The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the La Crete Municipal Nursing Association (LCMNA) facilities and reports directly to the Board of Directors. The CAO oversees the strategic and day-to-day operations of these facilities and programs, including the Heimstaed Lodge, Altenheim, Care and Share Thrift Store, and Community Housing.
This role includes supervising the management teams of each department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing budgets and resources efficiently, and aligning operations with LCMNA’s mission to serve seniors and the community. The CAO acts as the primary liaison between the Board and the organization’s operational arms, providing regular updates, strategic recommendations, and leadership to support sustainable growth and community service delivery.

The Lodge and Housing Manager is responsible for the administration, coordination, and efficient operation of the Heimstaed Lodge, Altenheim, and Community Housing facilities. The Lodge and Housing Manager is responsible for the administration, coordination, and efficient operation of the Heimstaed Lodge, Altenheim, and Community Housing facilities. This role ensures that services provided within these areas are delivered in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The Manager oversees the daily operations and supervision of the Housekeeping/Laundry, Kitchen, Recreation and Adminstration departments within the Heimstaed Lodge, and ensures consistent service delivery and client satisfaction across all managed properties.
The Lodge and Housing Manager also has oversight of administrative services related to tenant accounts, including collections, arrears management, and maintaining accurate records of housing and lodge occupancy.

The Healthcare Manager at the Heimstaed Lodge is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all aspects of client care services in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality care for all clients while maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, staff and community partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing, recruiting and evaluating the nursing staff, coordinating admissions, discharges and assessments, ensuring compliance with medication administration and health record regulations, supporting person-centered care while being available for on-call duties and working with a management team that reports to the CAO.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all aspects of the Lodge, Altenheim and Housing maintenance. This role helps to provide a very well maintained and safe environment for all clients, which includes an on-call 24/7 schedule.

The Finance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all aspects of Lodge, Altenheim and Housing financial operations. This role, in conjunction with the CAO, is responsible to provide financial reports to the regulatory bodies that LCMNA is accountable to.
